Arrive Early: For first-time participants, it's best to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the class starts for a quick introduction with your trainer.

Can I bring my dog to the studio?

We adore your dogs, but for their safety and comfort, we can’t have them in the studio. Additionally, some of our clients may have allergies, so it's best to leave your furry friends at home.

If you have a service animal, please let us know what tasks they are trained to perform so we can accommodate their needs.

Are babies allowed in the studio?

We adore your little ones! As a woman-owned business run by busy mom, we completely understand the challenge of balancing self-care with parenting.

However, to maintain a safe and distraction-free environment for all clients, we kindly ask that children not be brought into the studio. We know this may be difficult, and we truly appreciate your support in helping us create a space where everyone can focus and get the most out of their workout.
